Although we do ask for your preferred date, it is not guaranteed. We will do our best to schedule you on the requested date, or as close to it as possible. Please include total under roof square footage, including unfinished/unheated and garage spaces. Do not include porches, patios or decks.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of considerations for our measurer’s time, we have adopted the following policy: If scheduled appointments are not canceled or re-scheduled prior to 48 hours before the appointment, you will be charged full price.

All our measurements are taken in accordance with the Residential Square Footage Guidelines issued by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. We stay up-to-date with the guidelines so that you can be assured that the product you are receiving is accurate.
We are also pleased to provide metro Charlotte real estate photography with MLS access and easy online ordering. Virtual tours feature agent branding plus actual online viewer interaction with our actual floor plan connected to the virtual tour images.
